Based upon volunteer resource constraints, the following updates are announced for Open Streets on Carlton Avenue and Underhill Avenue:

• The Carlton Avenue Open Street will be decommissioned after Friday, September 25.
• The northern extent for the Underhill Avenue Open Street is now St. Mark's Avenue. PHNDC's Livable Streets Committee will review the level of volunteer resources again on October 5 to ensure the Open Street continues to maintained consistently and safely. Those interested in helping to maintain the Open Street on Underhill Avenue can volunteer here.
