New licenses

• 942 Prospect Heights Corp., d/b/a Manado’s Jazz Lounge, 942 Atlantic Avenue (Washington/Grand) – Full (DJ, live music, security personnel, no outdoor space)

Method of operation changes

• Soda Bar, 627 Vanderbilt Avenue (between St. Marks Avenue and Prospect Place): Adding DJ, licensed security guard
